Tuition Costs for 2011-2012
The school has been able to stabilize expenses for the 2011-2012 school year. We have reduced our staff by one 5/8 time teacher. However, due to kindergarten enrollment we had to increase our kindergarten to full time allowing for two sessions (one am and one pm). This is a wonderful problem to have!
Despite our best efforts to manage our financial situation by stabilizing our expenses, we still find it necessary to increase our tuition. The tuition for the 2011- 2012 school year for one child wil be $2,328.00, or an increase of approximately $0.56 per day.
We recently reviewed a tuition report for the archdiocese and discovered that our average tuition collected of $1,753 is still among the lowest in this region as well as the archdiocese. The total cost to educate a child at Holy Angels is $4,792.00, a figure that when it is compared to the public school is also dramatically lower than their per pupil fee, further providing that our faculty is able to do more with less! Is also further illustrates the Parish's contribution to each child, and why we need each and every member of our parish to give to the Sunday collections.

Tuition Assistance:
Tuition assistance is available for students who are members of our parish. We use the School and Student Service for Financial Aid to determine eligibility for tuition assistance. We have an annual drive to raise funds for tuition assistance. Thanks to the generosity of those who participated in last year’s drive we will be able to distribute approximately $54,000 to students for the 2011-2012 school year.
